Senior Camp Counselor

The senior camp counselor provides direct supervision for a group of children in a seasonal day camp, creating positive relationships with campers and building cooperative relationships with parents/Caregivers. Responsibilities include keeping campers engaged, assisting specialists during activities, encouraging youth development progress, and ensuring group safety and cleanliness.

Candidates must be a high school student or equivalent, at least 18 years of age, with previous experience working with children, preferably in a day camp setting or as a cit. Required certifications include cpr, first aid, aed, and child abuse prevention training within 30 days of hire.
