PART TIME Family Support & Specialist (Case Manager): Support & Stabilization

The specialist provides interventions aimed at empowering families and supporting their capacity to safely care for children, preventing out-Of-Home placement or supporting reunification. This includes in-Home crisis response, mediating conflicts, and educating parents to enhance caregiving capacity.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related field, along with a minimum of one year of experience in case management or counseling services for children and families. Bilingual proficiency in english and spanish is required, as is a valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
