Home Visitor

The home visitor provides strengths-Based, skill-Building services to families, encouraging parents to develop knowledge and support networks to prevent child abuse and neglect. Duties include in-Home education, managing a caseload, collaborating with partners, monitoring child safety, and maintaining accurate records.

A high school diploma is required, along with a minimum of one year of experience in case management or counseling services for children, adolescents, and families, preferably with young parents. Candidates must be bilingual (English and spanish, portuguese, or haitian creole preferred) and possess a valid driver's license.
