Summer Fun Club Assistant Group Leader (Oshkosh 20th Ave YMCA)

The role involves engaging and supervising youth in a positive and safe environment while planning and implementing weekly activities and themes. Staff will also be responsible for the day-To-Day operations of the program, participants, and activities.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma, or 17 years old if they complete a school age workbook certificate before starting. Availability is required for all 12 weeks of the program, which runs from june 8 to august 28, 2026, including mandatory training starting at the end of may.
