Summer Swim Instructor (Oshkosh 20th Ave YMCA)

The instructor will teach swim lessons to individuals and groups across all ages and skill levels, focusing on basic water safety, comfort, and stroke development. A key part of the role involves providing a positive and encouraging environment while building connections with families and the community.

Candidates must be comfortable and confident in the water, friendly, patient, and excited to work with people of all ages, while also being reliable and able to provide excellent customer service. Willingness to receive cpr certification, which the y will provide if necessary, is also required.
