Youth Adventure Staff (Oshkosh 20th Ave YMCA)

This role involves facilitating a youth adventure program where kids develop independence and gain new skills through daily adventures, community exploration, and various structured activities. Responsibilities include leading in-Town mini trips, community service projects, and supervising activities such as archery, swimming, and fishing.

Candidates must be available to work full-Time or part-Time hours monday through friday between 6:30 am and 6:00 pm for the entire program duration from june 3rd to august 30th. Mandatory staff training sessions are scheduled for may 21st, 30th, and 31st, and attendance for all training dates is required.
