Summer Swim Coach

The swim coach will work closely with the head coach to develop and implement engaging swim programs, leading practice sessions and providing feedback to help swimmers improve their skills. Essential duties include instructing proper stroke techniques, ensuring practices adhere to the plan, and managing the setup and teardown of swim meets.

Candidates must be at least 15 years old and available to work monday through thursday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, possessing an enthusiastic and outgoing demeanor. Minimum requirements also include reliable transportation, the ability to lift 50 lbs., stand for 8 hours, and obtain a starguard elite lifeguard certification.
