Swim Coach

The swim coach will assist students in the water by teaching proper stroke techniques clearly and concisely, ensuring practices adhere to the head swim coach’s plan. Key duties also involve setting up and tearing down events, assigning lanes during meets, and fostering a fun learning environment.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and available to work monday through thursday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, possessing enthusiasm, reliability, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours. A minimum requirement is obtaining and maintaining a starguard elite lifeguard certification.
