Summer Swim Instructor

The swim instructor will facilitate the provided swim lesson curriculum, focusing on water safety, stroke development, and ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for individuals or groups of all ages. Essential duties include managing participant safety during lessons, setting up lesson stations, communicating effectively with supervisors, and maintaining facility cleanliness.

Candidates must be at least 15.5 years old and able to work 2-3 days a week for 3.1 to 5-Hour shifts, with a willingness to work as a lifeguard when needed. Minimum physical requirements include the ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for 8 hours, and obtain/Maintain starguard elite basic life support certification and pass a background check.
