Summer Swim Instructor

The swim instructor will facilitate the provided swim lesson curriculum, focusing on water safety, stroke development, and instilling confidence in learners of all ages. Essential duties include ensuring the safety of all participants in various lesson settings and maintaining a high level of cleanliness at the aquatic facility.

Candidates must be at least 15.5 years old, able to work 2-3 days a week in 3.1 to 5-Hour shifts, and willing to work as a lifeguard when needed. Minimum physical requirements include the ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for 8 hours, and obtain basic life support certification after passing a background check.
