Candidates must possess a baccalaureate degree and demonstrated experience in student recruitment and admission or substantially similar work. Essential skills include excellent organizational and communication abilities, proficiency with spreadsheet software like excel, and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a busy, multi-Tasked environment.
