Physical Therapist (PT)

Responsibilities include evaluating, monitoring, and tracking the progress of children aged birth to 5 years, adjusting treatment plans, and testing abilities to determine realistic goals. The role also requires timely recording of evaluation, treatment, and progress information using the electronic medical record system and writing detailed analysis and reports.

Candidates must possess current new york state licensure and/Or certification in physical therapy, knowledge of ms word, comfort with computer systems, and a valid driver's license. Early childhood experience and great interpersonal and communication skills are also required.
