Physical Therapist (PT)

Responsibilities include evaluating, monitoring, and tracking the progress of children aged birth to 5 years, and adjusting treatment plans based on determined realistic goals. Providers must also accurately record all evaluation, treatment, and progress information using the electronic medical record system in a timely manner.

Candidates must possess current new york state licensure and/Or certification in physical therapy, along with a valid driver's license and comfort working with computer systems including ms word. Experience in early childhood settings is highly desired.
