Physical Therapist (PT)

Responsibilities include evaluating, monitoring, and tracking the progress of children aged birth to five, adjusting treatment plans, and testing abilities to determine realistic goals. The role also requires timely recording of evaluation, treatment, and progress information using an electronic medical record system and writing detailed analysis and reports.

Candidates must possess current new york state licensure and/Or certification in physical therapy, a valid driver's license, and comfort working with computer systems including ms word. Experience in early childhood settings is highly desired, along with great interpersonal and communication skills.
