Per Diem Community Support Professional

Community support professionals are responsible for the health and safety of individuals with developmental disabilities and provide individualized services. They participate as active team members, following objectives outlined in the staff action plan.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and meet the agency's driver criteria. They should also have their own transportation and be able to complete job requirements within appropriate time frames.
