Guthrie Cortland/Broome-Tioga BOCES LPN Program (Full Time) September 2026

The employee participates in delivering patient care for specific population groups under the direction of an rn/Lpn, which includes tasks like patient lifting, hygiene care, specimen collection, and monitoring vital signs. Key support activities involve completing ekgs, transporting patients and equipment, managing supplies, and maintaining a neat and safe patient environment.

Candidates must currently be enrolled in a practical nurse education program and guthrie's tuition sponsorship program for licensed practical nurses, in addition to possessing a high school graduation or equivalent. Essential functions require the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting over 35 pounds and maintaining current cpr certification.
