Alternatives Program Facilitator (Part-time)

The alternatives facilitator will co-Facilitate weekly, curriculum-Based education classes for men or women who have demonstrated abusive behaviors toward their partners, aiming to correct violence in the community. Responsibilities include monitoring attendance, collecting payments, maintaining records, and working cooperatively with co-Facilitators to present classes professionally.

A bachelor’s degree in human service or criminal justice is preferred, alongside strong training, organizational, and verbal communication skills, and group facilitation experience. Candidates must be able to provide trauma-Informed services, possess knowledge of domestic violence, and adapt well under pressure in crisis-Oriented settings.
