Day Camp Counselor Full Time - Seasonal (Oshkosh YMCA)

The camp counselor will provide direct guidance and supervision to an assigned group of campers during various camp activities and assist in the development and administration of camp programming. Responsibilities also include maintaining a safe camp environment, assisting with required record keeping, and attending mandatory family nights and sleepovers.

Candidates must have successfully completed high school and be at least 18 years old by the start of camp sessions in june 2026. Applicants are required to attend all pre-Camp training and orientation, and must be available to work the full 12-Week program duration.
