Youth Development Professional (After-School) - Middle School

The professional will be responsible for creating a safe, fun, and inclusive after-School environment for middle school youth by planning and leading engaging, age-Appropriate programs that foster personal growth and academic success. This includes managing daily activities, tracking student progress, and serving as a positive role model and mentor.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess high emotional intelligence and integrity, with the ability to connect authentically with diverse youth and work under pressure. Preferred qualifications include multi-Conversational language skills and experience or education in childhood development or related fields.
