RN Clinical Educator PRN

The registered nurse clinical educator assists in coordinating, developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical education within assigned areas, serving as a resource for staff and students on competency and critical thinking. This role involves modeling excellent nursing practice, coaching new hires, overseeing new clinical practices, and collaborating on patient safety initiatives to ensure performance meets evidence-Based standards.

Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of prior clinical experience and hold a bachelor's degree in nursing or be currently enrolled in a bsn program. A valid licensed registered nurse license through the louisiana state board of nursing and american heart association basic life support/Cpr certification are mandatory.
