Clinical Educator Nursing (RN) Cardiac ICU

The clinical educator utilizes system tools to assess the competency of new nursing staff, focusing on quality of care and patient safety goals. This role involves integrating theoretical knowledge and clinical expertise into educational experiences for both new and experienced team members.

Candidates must possess a master's degree or be enrolled in a master's program with a bsn, along with two years of progressive nursing experience in the designated specialty and three months as a preceptor. A current bls certification and active virginia rn licensure (Or eligibility) are also mandatory.
