Clinical Educator Nursing (RN) Neuroscience ICU

The clinical educator utilizes system tools to assess the competency of new nursing staff, focusing on quality of care and patient safety goals. They integrate theoretical knowledge and clinical expertise into educational experiences for both new and experienced team members.

Candidates must possess a master's degree or a bsn with enrollment in a master's program, requiring completion within three years if starting with a bsn. A minimum of two years of progressive experience in the designated specialty nursing area and three months as a preceptor is mandatory, along with current bls certification and virginia rn licensure eligibility.
