Surgical Technology Lab Instructor (non instructional)

Faculty are responsible for preparing and delivering high-Quality instruction, facilitating student learning through engaging activities tailored to diverse learning styles, and administering assessments with constructive feedback. Key duties also involve acting as program ambassadors, integrating technology effectively, and upholding tstc core values with all stakeholders.

Candidates must possess effective teaching skills, knowledge of the curriculum including various surgical specialties and technology like robotics, and experience demonstrating perioperative patient care, sterile field maintenance, and instrument counting procedures. A certified surgical technologist credential and bls certification are required.
