Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time | Elementary School ​ Michigan | School-Based Opportunity

Our Organization is partnering with a welcoming Michigan school district to identify a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position serving an elementary school community. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working with younger learners and is committed to helping students build the communication skills necessary for academic success, social connection, and lifelong confidence.

In this role, you will support elementary-aged students by providing individualized speech and language services designed to strengthen articulation, language development, and functional communication skills. Position Overview

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals. Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support communication growth. Maintain accurate and compliant documentation according to district and Michigan state requirements.

Requirements

The ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred. An active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license, or eligibility for licensure, is required. Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills are essential for success in this school-based role.
