Transition Development Specialist

This role involves assisting youth with disabilities in securing internships and paid employment by developing community job leads, initiating contacts with employers, and job developing opportunities. Essential functions also include providing job coaching services, facilitating community exploration activities, and maintaining detailed documentation of all participant activities.

Candidates should ideally possess a bachelor's degree and have at least one year of experience in education, social services, or business. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, access to an automobile and home internet, and be able to pass all required background checks.
