Learning Specialist (Grades 5–6)

The learning specialist will partner with teachers and support staff to deliver targeted academic support for 5th and 6th-Grade students with diagnosed learning differences or those needing enrichment. This role involves using assessment data to guide instruction, implementing accommodations, and facilitating communication among stakeholders.

Candidates must possess an active special education teaching certification and experience supporting students with conditions like dyslexia, learning differences, or adhd. Experience creating differentiated instruction and analyzing student assessment data is required, with orton-Gillingham or smila training being preferred.
