Teacher Assistant (PreK–4)

The teacher assistant will support the lead teacher with daily instruction, reinforcing learning concepts with individuals or small groups, and maintaining a safe, engaging, and faith-Centered learning environment. Key duties include supervising students across various settings, assisting with lesson preparation, and promoting positive behavior using appropriate guidance strategies.

Candidates should ideally possess an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in education or a related field, along with preferred experience working with prek-4 aged children. Essential qualifications include strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to collaborate effectively in a team, and a commitment to upholding catholic church mission and teachings.
