Core responsibilities

The behavior technician will implement behavior intervention plans and provide direct one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children with developmental disabilities under the supervision of a bcba. Responsibilities also include collecting and analyzing data, assisting in treatment plan implementation, and communicating progress to parents and caregivers.

Requirements summary

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or ged, have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation, and be authorized to work in the united states. Previous experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and rbt certification or completion of 40-Hour modules are preferred.
