Early Interventionist

Early interventionists partner with families to support the development of infants and toddlers through everyday routines using coaching and modeling, while developing, implementing, and reviewing individualized family service plans (Ifsps). Responsibilities also include managing caseloads, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and supporting transitions out of early intervention.

Candidates must possess strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills, along with cultural humility to work respectfully with diverse families. Qualifications vary by level, requiring either a relevant bachelor's degree plus experience, or a master's degree with specific coursework and experience for level ii.
