Behavior Support Specialist

The specialist will deliver therapeutic and behavioral interventions, such as aba strategies and de-Escalation techniques, while partnering with lead teachers to embed individualized plans into daily classroom activities. Responsibilities also include supporting children during all classroom moments and managing crises with calm problem-Solving.

Candidates must possess a cda, or an associate or bachelor's degree, with experience in early childhood or a related field preferred. A minimum of 3–5 years of experience working with preschoolers who have behavioral needs is required, with aba experience being a plus.
