Patient Care Technician - PCT Preceptor

This role involves providing safe and effective dialysis therapy under nurse supervision, including setting up and operating hemodialysis machines, monitoring patients, and performing pre/Post-Treatment evaluations. Additionally, the pct preceptor assists in staff recruitment, clinical orientation, ongoing training, and competency evaluations for other patient care personnel.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, and hold a valid pct national or state-Specific certification, along with all required state licensure and training. Preferred experience includes at least five years in patient care within a hospital or related facility, and successful completion of the organization's dialysis training and cpr certification is mandatory for continued employment.
