Patient Care Technician Preceptor - PCT - Dialysis

This role involves functioning as part of the dialysis healthcare team to provide safe and effective dialysis therapy, including setting up and operating hemodialysis machines under nurse supervision. The technician is also responsible for patient education, monitoring treatment response, and ensuring accurate documentation of all treatment parameters and patient status changes.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, with a bachelor's degree preferred, and must hold a valid pct national or state-Specific certification. A minimum of five years of patient care experience in a hospital or related facility is preferred, along with successful completion of the organization's dialysis training and cpr certification.
