Patient Care Technician - PCT - Dialysis Preceptor

This role involves functioning as part of the dialysis healthcare team to provide safe and effective dialysis therapy, including setting up and operating hemodialysis machines under nurse supervision. The technician is also responsible for staff-Related duties such as assisting with recruitment, clinical orientation, and acting as a preceptor for new direct patient care personnel.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, and hold a valid pct national certification or state-Specific certification as defined by cms, along with all required state licensure and training. Preferred experience includes at least five years in patient care within a hospital or related facility.
