Clinical Educator

This role supports the training and education of employees in assigned facilities by delivering standardized, competency-Based programs covering orientation, clinical, quality, and customer service topics to promote quality patient care and achieve organizational goals. The educator will develop personnel skills in chronic kidney disease treatment programs, collaborate on implementation, and utilize various educational techniques to ensure engaging learning experiences.

Candidates must possess an associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of nursing and maintain current appropriate rn state licensure, with an advanced degree being preferred. A minimum of one year of dialysis experience as a registered nurse is required, along with successful completion and maintenance of cpr bls certification.
