Behavior Technician

The behavior technician/Registered behavior technician is responsible for implementing the individual support plan and the programming created by the bcba, ensuring all care is provided respectfully according to standards. This includes working 1:1 with clients, collecting session data, and supporting the development of healthy communication, social, and behavioral skills.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a bachelor's degree in a related field like psychology, education, or social work is preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience working with children and must be comfortable using technology for daily documentation.
