Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing aba therapy to build essential communication, social, and daily living skills. Responsibilities include actively teaching these skills, tracking session progress, and collecting data using a mobile device.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with availability for weekday afternoons or evenings (3 pm to 8 pm, minimum 3 days per week). Candidates must possess a reliable car, valid license, insurance, and comfort using technology for data collection.
