The remaining 20% is dedicated to administrative tasks such as session notes, documentation, data collection, and preparing materials.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and hold a valid registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification, along with current cpr/First aid certification within 30 days of hire. Essential requirements include experience working with children (Behavioral/Developmental experience preferred), basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and the physical ability to manage client needs, including lifting up to 50 lbs and supporting personal care.
