Behavior Therapist - Virtual Hiring Event 3/25/26 (9:00am-1:00pm)

The behavior therapist will provide direct one-On-One therapy to clients across various settings, implementing behavior intervention plans designed by bcbas to address goals and objectives. Responsibilities also include accurately collecting data, monitoring progress, utilizing behavior reduction techniques, and assisting clients in acquiring functional skills.

Candidates must have a passion for working with children and meet all eligibility requirements to obtain rbt certification, including passing the certification exam within the training period. Essential physical requirements involve the capacity to move quickly, de-Escalate situations, and perform prolonged physical activities like standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
