Early Education Childcare Teacher

The teacher is responsible for creating a positive, warm, and individualized environment that encourages inquiry and open-Ended thought for children aged 6 weeks to 12 months. This role also involves ensuring children are treated with dignity and respect while promoting the jcc's mission through program development and compliance with licensing standards.

Candidates must possess a genuine love and respect for children and families, along with good verbal and written communication skills, and a willingness to be flexible within a learning community. Ideal candidates will also have 1-2 years of ece experience, specific experience with infants in a group setting, and a high rating on the wisconsin registry for early childhood.
