1 treatment to clients using aba techniques to teach various skills under bcba supervision, spending about 80% of time directly with clients and 20% on administrative tasks like note-Taking and documentation.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and hold a valid registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification, along with cpr/First aid certification within 30 days of hire. Experience working with children, especially those with behavioral or developmental needs, is preferred, alongside reliable transportation and the physical ability to assist clients.
