Behavior Technician

Registered behavior technicians spend about 80% of their time working one-On-One or in small groups with clients, implementing individualized treatment plans created by a bcba to build skills and confidence. The remaining 20% is dedicated to administrative tasks like session notes, documentation, and data collection to ensure high-Quality, consistent client care.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and obtain rbt certification within 90 days of hire, along with cpr/First aid certification within 30 days. Required attributes include basic computer skills, reliable transportation, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, comfort supporting personal care needs, and comfort managing challenging behaviors.
