Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Clinic Setting

The role involves providing direct one-On-One support to pediatric clients by implementing skill acquisition and behavior support programs. Responsibilities also include collecting and recording behavioral data and maintaining accurate session documentation while working closely with the supervising bcba/Clinical team.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma, with a bachelor's degree preferred for behavior technicians, and rbt certification is required for registered behavior technician applicants. Applicants must be comfortable working with children aged 2 to 14 and demonstrate strong communication and professionalism.
