Paraprofessional

The paraprofessional provides instructional and behavioral support to students under the direction of the classroom teacher. This role includes assisting with individualized learning plans and promoting student engagement and independence.

Teaching or instructional support experience is preferred but not required, along with a genuine interest in working with children. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills are essential.
