Job description

  • Autism Center of Excellence is hiring an experienced Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services in Hampton, VA 23664. We are seeking a dependable and compassionate professional with prior experience working with children and implementing behavioral support strategies. Position Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in the client’s home
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
  • Collect and record session data accurately
  • Support development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
  • Maintain a safe, engaging, and professional therapy environment
  • Collaborate with supervisors regarding client progress and treatment implementation

  • Friday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 2:00/3:00 PM

Consistent availability during the listed hours is required.

Requirements

  • Prior ABA, childcare, education, or child-related experience required
  • Active RBT certification preferred but not required
  • Must be comfortable providing services in-home
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Strong communication and professionalism required
