Assistant Professor of Nursing (UMPI)

Responsibilities include providing 12 credit hours of theoretical and clinical instruction per semester in various settings, developing curricula, advising students, and participating in campus and university committees. The role also requires engaging in professional development, scholarship, and supporting the nursing division's philosophy and goals.

Applicants must possess a maine state rn license by the start date and a graduate degree in nursing; a phd/Dnp in nursing is required for tenure-Track status. Commitment to quality teaching is mandatory, with experience in developing strong student learning outcomes highly desirable.
