Work Site Support Specialist (Poplar Bluff)

The specialist will coordinate students’ work-Based learning experiences and facilitate on-Site support for students working at identified worksites for 16 hours over four days weekly. This includes incorporating soft skills training, supporting student integration, mediating issues, and preparing necessary plans and reports.

A high school diploma or ged is required, with a preference for experience in employment services, job coaching, business, sales, human resources, or human services. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, current auto insurance, and maintain cpr, first aid, and bloodborne pathogens certifications, along with passing background checks.
