Job Coach - SWE

The job coach supports youth participants by working alongside them to meet employer expectations and providing ongoing training. They also maintain documentation of participant progress and facilitate workplace relationships.

A high school diploma and experience in social services are required, with an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is also preferred.
