Counseling Services Coordinator

The coordinator serves as the main point of contact for program activities, manages complex communications across various platforms, and handles the processing of student applications for the upward bound program. This role is also critical in coordinating the six-Week summer academic program and maintaining detailed student records for grant compliance.

A bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of experience working with underrepresented, low-Income, or first-Generation youth or college students are required, along with demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Candidates must also possess strong technical literacy for database management and online content creation, and proven experience in organizing program activities under tight deadlines.
