Admissions Counselor

The admissions counselor recruits and advises prospective undergraduate students (Transfer and first year) to meet enrollment targets and enhance the university's profile by executing recruitment plans and building external relations. Responsibilities include counseling students on admissions processes, evaluating applications, and developing/Implementing recruitment strategies for assigned territories.

A bachelor's degree and two years of experience in recruiting, advising, or counseling within an educational setting are the minimum requirements, alongside excellent communication skills and a proven track record of meeting goals. Additional requirements include the ability to travel, use technology for data management, and possess strong presentation and advising skills.
