ABA Behavior Technician

As an rbt at lighthouse, you will deliver one-On-One aba therapy to children and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop customized therapy plans. You will also document and track each child's progress while embodying the core values of the organization.

An associate or bachelor's degree is highly preferred for this role. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and sustaining impact, as well as communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
